Description
Responsibilities:
Perform testing of fiber and wireless links to ensure stable connectivity.
Configure and maintain router boards for new and existing deployments.
Conduct deployment visits for installation, testing, and commissioning of network links.
Carry out client site visits for troubleshooting, maintenance, and performance verification.
Monitor network performance and check for packet loss or related issues.
Receive, document, and forward client complaints to the relevant teams.
Follow up on complaints and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain logs and reports of testing, configuration, deployment, and support activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
OR Networking certification(s) such as CCNA, MTCNA, or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in networking or IT support.
Strong knowledge of fiber and wireless technologies, router configurations, and network troubleshooting.
Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
