Consumer Buzz is looking for a skilled and reliable **WordPress Web Developer** who can build professional websites and efficiently handle the **website onboarding process for new clients**.
### Key Responsibilities
• Develop responsive, fast, and professional WordPress websites
• Build websites using Elementor and other leading WordPress builders
• Handle client website onboarding from access collection to project setup
• Manage domain, hosting, DNS, WordPress and cPanel access
• Migrate, clone and launch websites safely
• Customize themes, layouts and plugins based on project requirements
• Troubleshoot WordPress, hosting and plugin-related issues
• Optimize websites for speed, mobile responsiveness and SEO readiness
• Implement forms, tracking codes, redirects and basic technical SEO requirements
• Maintain, update and troubleshoot existing client websites
• Coordinate with SEO, content and account management teams
• Maintain proper backups and follow secure credential/access-management practices
### Required Skills
Strong hands-on experience with **WordPress**
Excellent knowledge of **Elementor / Elementor Pro**
Understanding of **HTML, CSS and basic JavaScript**
Experience with **cPanel, hosting, domains, DNS and SSL**
WordPress website migration and backup experience
Understanding of responsive and mobile-first development
Familiarity with website speed and Core Web Vitals optimization
Basic knowledge of **on-page and technical SEO**
Ability to diagnose and resolve common WordPress issues
Good understanding of website security and maintenance
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client projects
**Agency experience will be highly preferred. **
We need someone who doesn't just know how to design a WordPress website, but understands the complete process of **taking a new client from onboarding and access collection through development, QA and successful website launch. **
