Description
We are hiring male and female call operators for a remote customer service role. This is a home-based position ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills and a quiet space to work.

Job Type: Full-Time | Remote (Home-Based)
Industry: Customer Support / Appointment Handling
Timings: 12:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Salary: Rs. 30,000 – Rs. 35,000 per month
Job Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer calls and manage appointment bookings
Respond to clients via WhatsApp with fast and accurate typing
Maintain a professional work environment (quiet, separate room required)
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers
Follow up with clients and update records
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum Qualification: Intermediate (FA / FSc or equivalent)
Must be from Lahore
Good command over verbal and written communication
Basic knowledge of customer service or call handling is a plus
