Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate team activities to ensure smooth operations.
Oversee staff performance and provide guidance and support.
Ensure excellent customer service and efficient workflow.
Report to management and contribute to process improvements.
Requirements:
Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree.
2–3 years of supervisory or team leader experience in a relevant industry.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience managing staff, operations, or customer service teams.
Salary: 25,000 – 50,000 PKR (based on experience)
