The Role
We are looking for a professional Operations Coordinator to join our Bahria Town office. You will:
• Manage dispatch operations
• Handle client queries
• Support business growth
• Work directly with our London-based team

What We Need From You
• Fluent English: Excellent spoken and written communication skills
• Strong Computer Skills:
o Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook)
o Google Workspace (Calendar, Sheets, Gmail)
o Communication Tools: WhatsApp, Outlook, Teams
o Mapping Software: Google Maps, Waze, UK & International postcodes
o Fast and accurate typing
• Self-Sufficient: Able to work independently and deliver results without constant supervision
• Team Player: Comfortable collaborating daily with our London team
• Full Training will be provided

Your Responsibilities
• Dispatch chauffeur bookings across London and global routes
• Accurately input data (client details, flight info, vehicle logs)
• Answer phone calls, emails, and online queries professionally
• Proactively generate new corporate clients (hotels, travel agencies, etc. )
• Monitor traffic and flight updates to adjust schedules as needed
