Position: Customer Support Executive (Male/Female)
Location: Lahore, Pakistan
Job Type: Full-Time / Office-Based
We are looking for an energetic and responsible Customer Support Representative to join our growing e-commerce team. If you have basic knowledge of e-commerce and good communication skills, we want to hear from you!
Job Responsibilities:
Confirming incoming customer orders over the phone or chat.
Tracking parcels/shipments and updating customers regarding their delivery status.
Resolving customer queries and providing excellent support.
Requirements:
Must have basic knowledge of E-commerce operations.
Qualification: Matric / Intermediate or Graduation.
Skills: Good verbal communication and basic computer skills.
Experience: Fresh candidates and experienced individuals both are welcome to apply.
Salary & Benefits:
Basic Salary: Rs. 25,000 to Rs. 35,000 (Depending on skills)
Office Timings: 11:00 AM to 07:00 PM (Day Shift)
