Position Overview
The Warehouse Apparel & Footwear Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations within the Softlines (apparel, footwear, and accessories) fulfillment center or retail distribution unit. This role ensures high accuracy in receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping high-volume SKU inventory while maintaining product quality, inventory integrity, and safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily inbound (receiving/putaway) and outbound (picking/packing/shipping) operations for apparel and footwear lines. Assign daily tasks and manage shift rotations to meet order processing quotas and key performance indicators (KPIs). Coordinate wave picking, batch processing, and direct-to-consumer (D2C) or business-to-business (B2B) shipping operations.
Experience:
2–4+ years in warehouse operations, with direct experience handling high-volume apparel, footwear, or retail Softlines.
