Your Responsibilities:
Respond to client inquiries via WhatsApp and phone calls
Verify and activate Rishta profiles
Guide users about membership plans and matchmaking services
Send suitable marriage proposals to clients
Follow up with prospects and existing members
Convert interested users into paid members
Maintain professional client relationships and provide excellent support
We're Looking For:
Excellent communication skills in Urdu (Punjabi is a plus)
Experience in Customer Service, Telemarketing, Sales, Call Center, Relationship Management, or Matrimonial Services
Strong persuasion and follow-up skills
Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, spreadsheets, and online tools
Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented individuals
