# Hiring: Virtual Assistant – Campaign Research & Business Development (Remote)
** Salary:** PKR 50,000/Month + Performance Bonuses
M&R Solutions is hiring a full-time **Virtual Assistant** to help grow our international BPO business.
We're looking for someone who is excellent at online research, lead generation, and business development. Your primary responsibility will be finding legitimate BPO campaigns and connecting us with companies looking to outsource their customer support or sales operations.
## Responsibilities
* Research active BPO campaigns.
* Find companies outsourcing customer support and sales.
* Generate qualified business leads.
* Research decision-makers and collect contact information.
* Schedule meetings with potential clients.
* Prepare reports and maintain organized databases.
* Assist with business development and administrative tasks.
## Requirements
* Excellent English communication skills.
* Strong internet research skills.
* Experience with Google, LinkedIn, and business directories.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
* Reliable internet connection.
* Self-motivated and detail-oriented.

# Mandatory Probationary Task

* Must be an **Inbound** campaign.
* No security deposit or joining fee.
* Suitable for a startup BPO.
* Currently active and accepting new partners or vendors.
* The company or vendor must be legitimate and verifiable.
Your submission **must include:**
* Company Name
* Company Website
* Campaign Name
* Campaign Description
* Country/Region
* Payment Model (Hourly, Per Seat, CPA, CPL, etc. )
* Seat Requirement (if available)
* Payment Terms
* Contact Person (if available)
* Business Email Address
* Phone Number
* LinkedIn Company Page
* Source where you found the campaign.
* Proof that the campaign is currently active (job post, company announcement, official website, etc. )
