# Video Editor — AI + Adobe Premiere Pro + After Effects
We’re looking for a skilled and creative **Video Editor** who is experienced with **Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and AI-powered video editing tools** to join our team on an ongoing basis.
The ideal candidate should have strong video editing skills, a good eye for storytelling and visual composition, and the ability to turn raw footage, ideas, or scripts into engaging, professional-quality videos.
### What You’ll Be Doing
* Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media, YouTube, marketing, and other digital platforms
* Work with **Adobe Premiere Pro** for professional video editing, cutting, pacing, transitions, sound, and color correction
* Use **Adobe After Effects** for motion graphics, animations, text effects, visual effects, and advanced compositing
* Use **AI video tools** to improve and speed up the creative workflow
* Create engaging hooks, transitions, captions, and visual effects
* Add music, sound effects, voiceovers, B-roll, graphics, and other elements where needed
* Repurpose long-form content into short-form videos such as Reels, Shorts, and TikToks
* Follow brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all video content
* Take feedback and make revisions efficiently
* Stay up to date with new AI tools, editing techniques, trends, and workflows
### Required Skills
* Strong experience with **Adobe Premiere Pro**
* Strong experience with **Adobe After Effects**
* Good understanding of **motion graphics and visual effects**
* Experience using **AI-powered video editing and content creation tools**
* Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, composition, and visual hierarchy
* Good knowledge of audio editing, color correction, and subtitles/captions
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
* Strong attention to detail
* Creative mindset and willingness to experiment with new techniques
### Bonus Skills
Experience with **Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator** is a plus.
Experience creating content for **YouTube, Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, and other social platforms** is also highly desirable.
