The Problem: Standard Japanese household appliances are designed to run on 100 V (at 50 Hz or 60 Hz). The Danger: Do not plug this vacuum cleaner directly into a Pakistani wall outlet. Plugging a 100 V Japanese appliance directly into Pakistan's 230 V mains will permanently burn out the motor, melt internal components, or trigger an immediate short circuit.
