Moto Find is looking for a confident, energetic, and customer-focused Customer Relationship Officer to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
• Deal professionally with customers and understand their requirements
• Follow up with potential and existing customers
• Assist customers throughout the car buying process
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a smooth customer experience
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Confident and presentable personality
Good customer dealing and follow-up skills
Sales or automobile industry experience will be a plus
Fresh candidates with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply
