We are looking for experienced Inbound Call Agents to handle customer calls professionally and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Receive and manage incoming calls

Maintain a polite and professional communication tone
Requirements:
1–2 years of inbound call center experience
Strong English communication skills.
Good typing and basic computer skills
Ability to work under pressure and in rotating shifts
