We are looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join our team on a full-time basis. You will be supporting an established UAE-based e-commerce operation, handling high-volume product listings, inventory management, and digital storefront optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately upload and manage daily product listings across multiple e-commerce platforms (including eBay).
Manage, update, and organize inventory data using Google Sheets, Advanced Excel, and inventory software.
Ensure all product descriptions, images (resizing and background formatting), and pricing are correctly inputted and maintained.
Assist in routine digital storefront audits to ensure all active listings are accurate and error-free.
Requirements:
Proven experience in data entry, preferably within the e-commerce sector.
Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel and Google Sheets.
Good written English skills to ensure product titles and descriptions are clear and professional.
High attention to detail and accuracy—especially when dealing with specific product parts and numbers.
Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
