About the Role
We are seeking a professional, organized, and detail-oriented Testing Centre Administrator to oversee the day-to-day operations of our testing centre. The successful candidate will ensure examinations are conducted in accordance with established procedures while providing excellent customer service to candidates.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily testing centre operations and examination schedules.
Verify candidate identification and registration details.
Monitor examinations to ensure compliance with testing policies and security procedures.
Assist candidates with check-in, instructions, and general inquiries.
Prepare examination rooms, equipment, and testing materials.
Maintain accurate records and reports of test sessions.
Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and documentation.
Coordinate with management to resolve operational issues and improve service delivery.
Ensure a professional, secure, and welcoming testing environment.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and administrative abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
Previous experience in administration, education, customer service, or examination management will be an advantage.
