Role Overview
We are looking for a high-energy, persuasive Real Estate Telesales Representative to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential property buyers and investors. Your primary mission is to turn cold and warm leads into qualified appointments for our field sales agents.

Key Responsibilities
Outbound Prospecting: Conduct outbound calls daily to cold, warm, and historical leads (property portals, marketing campaign).
Lead Qualification: Qualify prospects based on their budget, preferred location, investment timeline, and buying readiness.
Appointment Setting: Schedule high-quality consultations and property viewings for the Field Sales / Property Consultant teams.
CRM Management: Maintain clean, accurate data in our CRM system (updating lead status, logging call details, and setting follow-up reminders).
Market Knowledge: Stay updated on current property inventory, market trends, and financing options to answer basic buyer questions confidently.
Pipeline Follow-up: Relentlessly follow up with undecided leads to nurture them through the initial stages of the sales funnel.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in outbound telesales, telemarketing, or inside sales (Real estate, insurance, or financial services experience is a massive plus).
Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills with a clear, professional, and engaging phone presence.
Resilience: A thick skin and a positive attitude—the ability to handle rejection smoothly and treat the 50th call of the day with the same enthusiasm as the first.
Tech Savvy: Comfortable working with CRM software.
Skills: Active listening, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to objection-handle on the fly.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing is a plus.
