Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound calls from USA customers professionally
• Assist customers and convert inquiries into sales
• Maintain accurate data entry and documentation
• Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
• Minimum education: Intermediate
• 1–2 years experience inbound sales (preferred)
• Fluent English communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and customer handling skills
• Basic computer knowledge
Salary & Benefits:
• Monthly Salary: USD $250 – $350
