Description
We are hiring energetic and motivated Call Center Processors (Telecom Processors) to join our team for Spectrum campaigns. The role involves assisting with telecom services, and providing excellent customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer inquiries regarding Spectrum telecom services.
• Provide product/service information clearly and professionally.
• Process requests, resolve issues, and escalate when necessary.
• Maintain customer satisfaction through effective communication.
• Meet daily/weekly performance targets.
Requirements:
• Minimum education: Matric
• Good communication skills in English
• Previous call center/telecom experience is a plus but not required.
• Must be confident, punctual, and target-oriented.
• Basic computer knowledge.
