A well-reputed company is seeking Technical Field Support Staff for its Lahore office. The ideal candidate should possess the following skillset:
Technical Competencies
• Networking: Familiarity with switches, routers, firewalls, and general networking concepts.
• Troubleshooting: Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving network-related issues.
• Windows OS: Basic operational knowledge of Windows, including device management (adding/removing hardware) and IP configuration.
Experience & Communication
• Client Support: Prior experience in client-side support is highly preferred.
• Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and proficiency in written English.
