Key Responsibilities
Technical Consulting: Conduct site surveys and analyze energy requirements to design optimized On-Grid, Hybrid, and Off-Grid solar systems.
Sales & Business Development: Identify and engage potential residential, commercial, and industrial clients to promote solar energy adoption.
Proposal Engineering: Prepare detailed technical quotations, ROI analyses, and system layouts using industry-standard tools.
Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth project handovers and customer satisfaction.
Market Analysis: Stay updated on the latest trends in PV modules, inverters (MPPT configurations), and battery storage technologies.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in the solar energy sector (preferred).
Technical Skills: Proficiency in system sizing, cable selection, and understanding battery bank voltages (e. g. , 51.2V systems).
Communication: Strong negotiation and presentation skills in both English and Urdu.
Mobility: Must have a valid driving license and be willing to travel for site visits.
