Role Overview
We are looking for a technically inclined and responsible Operations Assistant to support our showroom operations and smart home installation projects.
This role is ideal for candidates who want to build a career in Smart Home Technology, IoT, and Automation Systems.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage daily showroom operations and demo system checks
• Assist walk-in clients with basic product demonstrations
• Support installation team during site visits
• Assist in smart device installation, pairing, and testing (Training Provided)
• Coordinate with electrician, vendors, and internal team
• Support basic administrative and client coordination tasks
Qualifications
DAE / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Telecom
Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
Basic computer and smartphone app understanding required
Preferred (Not Mandatory)
Basic networking knowledge
Interest in smart home or IoT technology
Good communication skills
