Driver and fleet management
Dispatch jobs: Use dispatch software to assign jobs to the most suitable drivers based on location and availability.
Track driver progress: Monitor drivers in real-time to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs. Use GPS tracking software for this purpose.
Manage schedules: Coordinate and manage taxi schedules and routes for the fleet to ensure smooth operations.
Optimize operations: Analyze routes to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Communicate with drivers: Relay important information to drivers via radio, phone, or messaging, including updates on traffic and route changes.
Monitor compliance: Ensure that drivers adhere to company policies and local transportation regulations.
Administrative and reporting tasks
