Salary Range: PKR 40,000 – 45,000 / month (depending on experience)

About the Role
Worldwide Travels is looking for a dynamic, results-driven Study Abroad Executive to join our Islamabad team. You will guide students through the complete process of international education, including university admissions and visa documentation for top destinations (UK, USA, Australia, Canada, Europe).
Key Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in education counseling, student recruitment, or study abroad services.
Destination Knowledge: Strong familiarity with admissions criteria, course structures, and visa requirements for major study destinations (UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Europe, etc. ).
Process Expertise: Hands-on experience with end-to-end student processing—from initial profile assessment and application submission to offer letter procurement and visa file preparation.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with strong counseling and presentation abilities.
Customer-Centric: Outstanding interpersonal skills to build trust with students and parents.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive one-on-one counseling to students regarding universities, courses, fee structures, and scholarship options.
Assist students with documentation, university application submissions, and follow up on offer letters.
Prepare complete student visa files, conduct pre-departure orientations, and provide visa interview guidance.
Maintain effective communication with university representatives and institutional partners.
Participate in educational expos, seminars, and student recruitment drives.
Salary & Benefits
Salary: PKR 40,000 – 45,000 per month (negotiable depending on experience and qualifications).
