Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative and Order Fulfillment Associate. This dual-role position is crucial to maintaining excellent customer relationships and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of orders.
Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media.
Resolve product or service issues professionally and effectively.
Provide product information, order updates, and return/refund assistance.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times.
Order Fulfillment:
Process incoming orders accurately and efficiently.
Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, or logistics partners to ensure timely shipment.
Track orders and provide status updates to customers.
Handle product returns and exchanges as needed.
Requirements:
Prior experience in customer service or order fulfillment (preferred).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Proficient with order management systems and basic e-commerce platforms (e. g. , Shopify, WooCommerce, etc. ).
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Working Hours:
Flexible, with availability to respond to customer queries during peak hours.
