HIRING — CHAT SUPPORT / SOCIAL MEDIA ASSISTANT
We are looking for young, motivated candidates (9th Grade / Matric or above) to join our Software House.
Job Responsibilities:
• Handle customer chats and inquiries
• Communicate with customers in English
• Use social media platforms professionally
• Respond to messages and follow up with potential customers
• Assist with online customer communication
Requirements:
• Good English communication skills
• Familiar with Facebook, Instagram, Discord & WhatsApp
• Good communication and typing skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Responsible, active and willing to learn
• Fresh candidates are welcome
Job Location: Software House, Gulistan-e-Johar, Block 14, Karachi
Work is office-based — candidates must come to the Software House.
