ONTRAC EXPRESS is hiring a Software Handling Executive for our IT & Operations department. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of software management, system operations, and basic networking support.
Key Responsibilities:
Handling company software and ERP systems
Managing system updates and troubleshooting
Coordinating with IT vendors when required
Maintaining system records and data accuracy
Supporting internal departments with technical issues
Basic networking and system configuration
Requirements:
Minimum 2–3 years experience in software handling or IT support
Good knowledge of Windows systems and networking
Basic understanding of databases
Strong communication skills
Responsible and punctual
