Responsibilities
>Bid on projects through Upwork.
>Generate leads and secure software development projects through LinkedIn.
>Communicate with potential clients and understand their requirements.
>Prepare proposals and follow up with prospects.
>Coordinate with the technical team to ensure smooth project onboarding.
Requirements
>1–2 years of experience in Upwork bidding and business development in a software house.
>Experience generating leads through LinkedIn.
>Excellent written and spoken English.
>Strong communication and negotiation skills.
>Self-motivated and able to work independently from home.
