Job Overview
We are hiring a Site Supervisor to oversee marble installation, finishing, and on-site execution across our premium residential & commercial projects.
The ideal candidate must know how to manage labour, karigars, quality control, timelines, and client coordination.

Key Responsibilities
1. Site Management
Supervise and manage daily work of labourers and karigars.
Ensure proper installation of marble, tiles, vanities, staircases & kitchens.
Verify measurements, cutting lists, and material requirements.
Maintain discipline and workflow on-site.
2. Quality Control
Ensure perfect finishing, joints, polishing, and book-matching.
Identify issues (gaps, mismatch, uneven leveling) and have them fixed.
Maintain high-quality standards as per JK Marbles protocols.
3. Coordination
Coordinate with project manager and factory teams.
Communicate material requirements, delays, and progress updates.
Daily reporting through WhatsApp/ClickUp.
4. Time & Work Planning
Plan daily tasks and ensure work progresses on schedule.
Track delays early and resolve problems promptly.
5. Client Interaction
Interact professionally when needed.
Provide basic updates and handle minor concerns on-site.

Requirements
1–2 years experience as Site Supervisor (marble/tiles/construction).
Strong understanding of cutting, installation & finishing techniques.
Good communication skills.
Must be honest, punctual, and responsible.
Must know how to take photos/videos for reporting.
Must have a bike for site visits.
