About the Role:
We are a precision-focused marble contracting company looking for a methodical and disciplined Site Supervisor. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented individual with a background in construction supervision who thrives on systematic execution and flawless project delivery.
We will provide comprehensive training on marble-specific processes. We are hiring for your supervisory skills and engineering mindset, not your knowledge of marble.
Key Responsibilities:
- System Execution: Meticulously follow and enforce our step-by-step checklists for project installation, quality control, and reporting.
- Team and Workflow Management: Supervise and direct on-site crews to ensure efficient workflow, adherence to timelines, and strict safety protocols.
- Quality Assurance: Your primary role is to be our eyes on site. You will conduct rigorous inspections at every project phase, ensuring the final product meets our high-quality standards.
- Client Communication: Serve as a professional and knowledgeable point of contact for clients on site, managing expectations and building trust.
- Reporting: Provide clear, daily progress updates with photographs to management using our standardized reporting system.
- Logistics Coordination: Manage on-site materials, tools, and equipment to prevent waste and ensure availability.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in site supervision is required.
- Must have worked with a construction company, architectural firm, or interior fit-out company.
- A DAE/DCE (Civil) or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is highly preferred.
- You are a system-driven person who believes in processes, checklists, and clear protocols.
- You have a keen eye for detail and a low tolerance for execution errors.
- Proven ability to read technical drawings and take precise measurements.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must have your own motorcycle and a valid driver's license.
