Description
We are looking to hire "Operations Executive / Shift Controller"
Job Title: Operations Executive/Shift controller
Nature of Work, Back Office Operations
Fixed Timing no rotation shift
12:00 PM to 10:00 PM
Working Hours: 10 hours shift
Location: Gulberg Lahore
Salary: 60K to 80k PKR + KPI Allowance ( Salary will be decided based on interview)
Job Duties
Manage operations and back office support
Respond to client queries via phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, etc.
Schedule shifts for staff members.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: A-level or graduation.
2 year of work experience in UK based Campaign Will be bonus
Excellent English communication (both speaking and writing)
English proficiency should be at least 7 out of 10 overall (please do not apply if your English communication is not good).
