Description
We are looking to hire "Customer Support Executive / Shift Controller" for Faisalbad office:
Job Title: Customer Support Executive/Shift controller
Nature of Work, Security Operations
Working Hours: 12 hours shift
Location: Satiyana Road
Salary: 50K PKR + KPI Allowance ( Increment will be decided based on interview)
Job Duties
Manage UK operations from the control room in Faisalabad (24x7 control room operations).
Respond to client queries via phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, etc.
Schedule shifts for staff members.
Willingness to work in rotating shifts.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: A-level or graduation.
2 year of work experience in UK based Campaign Will be bonus
Excellent English communication (both speaking and writing)
English proficiency should be at least 7 out of 10 overall (please do not apply if your English communication is not good).
