Description
Job Title: Senior E-Commerce & Website Order Manager
Khanjee Beauty Mart is looking for an experienced and responsible Senior E-Commerce & Website Order Manager to manage our daily online orders and website operations.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and process daily website orders
• Check, confirm and verify customer orders
• Coordinate with customers regarding orders, payments and delivery details
• Manage COD and online payment orders
• Coordinate with courier companies for order dispatch and delivery
• Handle order cancellations, returns and customer complaints
• Keep proper records and follow up on pending orders
• Manage Shopify website orders and basic website operations
• Coordinate with the team to ensure orders are packed and dispatched on time
Requirements:
• Previous experience in e-commerce/order management is required
• Shopify experience is preferred
• Good communication and customer dealing skills
• Strong computer and internet skills
• Responsible, organized and able to manage daily orders independently
• Experience in cosmetics, skincare or online retail will be a plus
Location: Karachi
Position: Full-Time
