Compensation: Competitive Base Salary (PKR 200,000 - 250,000 range ) + High Commissions + Performance Bonuses
Key Responsibilities
Engage with potential clients (warm leads provided by the company) to understand their needs and recommend suitable final expense insurance solutions.
Present and sell final expense life insurance policies by clearly communicating policy benefits and value propositions.
Confidently guide prospects through the closing process, handling objections effectively to secure commitments and finalize sales.
Complete and submit all necessary documentation with precision, ensuring compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirements.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through empathetic communication and exceptional customer service.
Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity using our CRM system.
Required Qualifications
Proven Experience: Minimum of [2-4] years of experience in final expense, life insurance, or a similar telesales/call center closing role.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with strong negotiation and persuasive abilities.
Sales Ability: A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and a results-oriented mindset.
Work Ethic: Highly motivated, self-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Technical Skills: Comfortable using CRM platforms, call tracking tools, and basic computer applications.
