Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Calling Agent to join our team. The Senior Calling Agent will be responsible for conducting outbound calls to local businesses in the USA during their respective local business hours. The primary objective of these calls will be to introduce our company's digital marketing services and generate leads for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to local businesses in the USA.
- Introduce and promote our company's digital marketing services.
- Engage potential clients in meaningful conversations to identify their needs and requirements.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for our sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team targets.
*Qualifications:*
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in outbound calling or telemarketing roles.
- Proven track record of success in lead generation and appointment setting.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software is preferred.
- Must be available to work during the specified hours.
