Experience Required: Minimum 3–5 years in sales and team management

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets
Lead and manage the sales team to boost performance and motivation
Identify new market opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly
Generate weekly/monthly sales reports for management
Represent the company at client meetings, exhibitions, and events
Skills Required:
Proven track record in sales and team leadership
