We are seeking honest, dynamic and knowledgeable individuals to join our team as Sales Girl for our bustling cosmetics and clothing store. As a Sales Girl, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling cosmetics products, and managing online marketing efforts to enhance our brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:
1- Develop an in-depth understanding of our cosmetics product line, including knowledge of ingredients, application techniques, and product benefits.
2- Assist customers in selecting the right cosmetics products based on their preferences, skin type, and skin tone, while providing expert advice on application techniques.
3- Demonstrate proper makeup application and techniques to customers in-store to drive sales and enhance the customer experience.
4- Keep abreast of the latest makeup trends, techniques, and product launches to effectively communicate product information to customers.
5- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cosmetics and clothing sections of the store to create an inviting shopping environment.
6- Process transactions accurately using our point-of-sale (POS) system and handle cash and card transactions with efficiency.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for social media platforms and assist in managing online marketing efforts to promote cosmetics products.
7- Monitor online reviews and customer feedback to address any concerns and maintain a positive brand image.
Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves, conducting regular stock checks, and placing orders for replenishment.
8- Provide support to customers via online channels, including answering product inquiries, processing online orders, and resolving any issues in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
1- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in cosmetics or fashion.
Passion for makeup and cosmetics with a strong knowledge of different makeup products, brands, and application techniques.
2- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers both in-person and online.
3- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
4- Proficiency in using social media platforms for marketing purposes, with a creative mindset to develop engaging content.
5- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
High school diploma or equivalent.
