WE ARE HIRING – Sales Representative (USA Trucking Dispatch)
RJ Dispatch is looking for motivated and experienced Sales Representatives to join our growing USA Trucking Dispatch Campaign. If you have excellent communication and sales skills with at least 6 months of trucking dispatch experience, this is a great opportunity to build your career with attractive earnings.
Position: Sales Representative – USA Trucking Dispatch
Location: 2nd Floor, Plaza 03, Near Main Boulevard, Phase 08, DHA, Lahore
Shift: Night (On-Site Only)
⏰ Timing: 06:00 PM – 02:30 AM
Salary: PKR 50,000 – 150,000 (Salary + Uncapped Commission, based on experience & performance)
Job Responsibilities:
Build strong relationships with USA brokers and shippers.
Generate new business and close sales.
Coordinate with dispatchers and drivers for smooth operations.
Negotiate freight rates and maximize profitability.
Maintain professional communication with customers.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of Trucking Dispatch/Sales experience.
Excellent English communication skills.
Strong negotiation and sales abilities.
Ability to work in a night shift.
Self-motivated and target-driven personality.
