Customer Service Representative (CSR) – UK Campaign | Lahore
A UK Campaign job opportunity is available for motivated and confident candidates. Fresh and experienced applicants are welcome to apply. Candidates with UK call center experience can also apply for the Floor Supervisor position.
Job Responsibilities:
Handle customer calls professionally.
Update customer SIM information as required.
Assist customers with network-related issues.
Follow the provided call-handling script.
Attend training to understand campaign procedures.

Job Requirements:
Good communication skills.
Confidence in handling customer calls.
Willingness to learn and follow the provided script.
Previous UK call center experience preferred for the Supervisor role.
Job Details:
Campaign: UK Campaign
Job Timing: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Interview Timing: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Salary for Fresh Candidates: Rs. 30,000
Salary for Experienced Candidates: Rs. 35,000+
Location: Zainb Tower, Model Town Road, opposite Amanah Mall, Lahore
