Description
**Sales Representative – Hajj & Umrah Packages (Inbound, UK Clients)**
Makkah Umrah is hiring a full-time Sales Representative to handle inbound calls from UK clients interested in Hajj and Umrah packages. This is a work-from-home/office role, 4 PM – 2 AM shift, aligned with UK customer hours.
**Responsibilities:**
- Handle inbound sales calls from UK-based clients
- Explain Hajj/Umrah package options, pricing, and inclusions
- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings
- Follow up on leads and maintain CRM records
- Meet monthly sales targets
**Requirements:**
- Fluent English (UK accent/communication style preferred)
- Prior sales/call center experience (travel industry a plus)
- Strong persuasion and closing skills
- Available for 4 PM–2 AM shift, full-time
- Knowledge of Hajj/Umrah travel process is a plus
