Description
As the Sales Representative, you will be responsible for carrying out the duties as described below.
* Handle sales calls to prospective and existing customers.
* Provide detailed information about products and services, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
* Achieve individual monthly sales targets.
* Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities.
* Handle customer complaints professionally and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
* Review daily billing and sales reports to identify any reversals, chargebacks, or processing issues, and promptly inform the Processing Team for timely resolution.
* Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
* Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive market conditions.
* Meet a minimum monthly sales target of USD 15,000 (excluding chargebacks), in line with the revenue performance demonstrated in your previous role.
