Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, developing new business opportunities, and closing sales deals. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients to understand their business needs and requirements.
- Present our products/services to prospective clients through effective sales presentations and demonstrations.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively present and demonstrate products/services to clients.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
