We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling our wide range of IT services to potential clients, building strong relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a proactive individual with a passion for technology and a proven track record in sales.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and online research.
-Sales Process Management:
- Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Negotiate terms and conditions to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.
-Market Analysis:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors’ activities.
- Provide feedback and insights to the management team on market trends and client needs.
- Collaboration and Reporting:
- Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to develop sales materials and strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and forecasts for management review.
Qualifications:
- Good English Speaking skills and Written skills
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in the IT services industry.
- Understanding of IT services, including software development, website development, database development, data science solutions, and IT consulting.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
