We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team and drive growth by identifying, engaging, and converting dental prospects.
Role Overview
As an SDR at Royal Crown Solutions, you will be responsible for prospecting dentists from a given list, building relationships, and creating opportunities to sell our dental products and crown solutions. You will play a key role in educating prospects, uncovering their needs, and introducing them to upselling opportunities — with a strong focus on dental crowns and related solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Research, identify, and approach dentists and dental practices from the provided prospect list.
• Make outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to introduce Royal Crown Solutions.
• Educate dentists about our product line, highlighting benefits and ROI for their practice.
• Qualify leads, understand clinic requirements, and set up product demonstrations or meetings for senior sales.
• Promote dental crown solutions and strategically upsell to existing customers.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach and conversations in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and optimize conversion rates.
• Meet or exceed weekly/monthly KPIs for outreach, qualified leads, and closed opportunities.
Requirements
• Proven experience in sales development, telesales, or B2B sales (dental/medical sales preferred).
• Strong communication and persuasive skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Knowledge of dental industry products and procedures (dental crowns, prosthetics, restorative products) is a strong plus.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Comfortable with CRM tools, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, and virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, MS Teams).
