Job Description
We are looking for confident, experienced female Outbound Sales Representatives who can communicate naturally with US-based prospects, handle objections professionally, and build genuine conversations without relying entirely on scripts.
The ideal candidates should have excellent English communication skills, strong listening abilities, and the confidence to engage prospects, understand their needs, and generate qualified appointments.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to US-based prospects.
Build rapport and maintain engaging conversations.
Understand prospects’ needs and respond confidently.
Handle objections effectively without depending entirely on scripts.
Qualify leads and schedule appointments.
Adapt communication styles to different prospects and situations.
Maintain accurate call records and follow-up information.
Achieve daily and monthly performance targets.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of outbound calling experience in the US market.
Excellent spoken English with a clear American or neutral accent.
Strong listening and comprehension skills.
Confident objection handling and persuasive communication.
Friendly, professional, and natural conversational style.
Ability to think quickly and adapt during live calls.
Target-driven attitude and professional work ethic.
Availability to work on-site during the US night shift.
