Description
Daily Job Description:
1. Call A. S. M or distributor setup and mark their attendance around 9.00 a. m. and cross check them against their rout plan.
2. Ensure that all A. S. M share their team’s attendance in the group before 10 a. m. and record them in excel sheet.
3. Ensure that all A. S. M share their team’s sales by the end of day and record them in excel sheet.
4. Share monthly target vs. achievement report with sales team and motivates them to achieve their sales target.
5. Take pending order detail from accounts office and verify the order with A. S. M and inform supply department to supply orders according to market demand.
6. Take dues report from accounts office and share it in group, also call distributors and sales representatives and inquire about their dues payment.
7. Ensure all representatives have all the marketing tools along with them when they visit the market. (i. e. booking sheet, rate list, broacher, pos material etc)
8. Ensure publicity material is available in all towns, send material where required and keep record of it.
9. Also share TV & Print media and time to time activity plans with distributors and sales team in their respective WhatsApp groups and through leopard courier as well.
10. Enquire A. S. M about any requirement of any empty boxes for refreshing the stock. Arrange empty boxes from factory accordingly after sales representative have given your video proof of damage stock.
11. Ensure that sales representative market booking is supplied in market by the distributors and there is no cancelation if so enquires reasoning from the distributor.
12. Keep salary package fill up to date.
Weekly Job Description:
1. Share target vs. achievement report with company’s director.
2. Take stock reports of all towns from respective sales representative.
Monthly Job Description:
1. Take stock position of all towns from sales representative on last day of every month.
2. Make sure you receive visit plans of market representatives on 25th of every month.
3. Ensure every sales person courier their monthly expense sheet before 5th of every month.
4. After you have received monthly expense sheets, verify their attendance, sales and calculations from your own record and send them to accounts department before 8th of every month.
5. Make final expense report and approve from CEO to release the salary.
6. Compile 30 days secondary sales & primary sales make a target vs achievement report and share it with senior sales representatives.
7. Whenever company launches a discount offer, share extra scheme circular with distributors and sales team in their respective WhatsApp groups and through leopard courier as well and also monitor the sales team to make the orders accordingly within the time period.
8. Arrange sales staff meeting monthly, quarterly and annually.
Important Note
Following are some rules and regulation an employee must follow during his job.
Office Timings are from 9.00 a. m. To 7.00 p. m. (1 hour break from 1.30pm to 2.30pm).
Unethical or abusive behavior with any person of company is unacceptable.
You cannot contact with any company distributor or staff for personal interest.
You cannot share bank account details to any sales person or distributor for company’s online payment. Bank a/c details are only shared from company’s accounts department.
Personal grouping with any sales staff is not allowed.
You are not allowed to give or take any favors from company’s staff and distributors.
False reporting is unacceptable.
You have to give a notice 30days before you want to leave the company in written form submitted in HR/CEO office.
You have to inform before you take a leave.
