Customer Service Representative at Defence Tutors Academy
This is a full-time position based at our office location. The chosen candidate will play a vital role in facilitating communication between tutors, parents, and fulfilling their needs efficiently.
- Coordinate arrangements between tutors and parents
- Provide excellent customer service support
- Manage inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times
- Minimum of 6 months experience in customer service or related field
- Fluent in English preferred
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Intermediate or O/A Levels education preferred
- Preference will be given to candidates residing nearby
