Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Agent to join our team. As a Sales Agent, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and growing our customer base. You will interact directly with clients, providing them with product knowledge and exceptional customer service to meet their needs and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Present, promote, and sell products or services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
- Continuously improve through feedback.
Requirements:
- Must have English verbal skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Ability to build productive business professional relationships.
- Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales or customer service.
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business or a related field is a plus.
- Less than 1 year of sales or relevant customer service experience required.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
- Reliable transportation for in-person meetings and presentations.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and prospects.
