Explain our items, flavors, and prices clearly and politely
Take orders, pack items neatly, and handle billing and cash accurately
Keep the counter, display shelves, and shop area clean, tidy, and well stocked
Follow hygiene and food safety standards at all times
Support the team during busy hours and help with daily opening and closing tasks
Handle customer questions and concerns calmly and professionally
What we are looking for
Friendly, confident, and polite communication with customers
Honest, punctual, and responsible attitude
Willingness to learn and take guidance from the team
Neat appearance and good personal hygiene
Ability to stand and work comfortably during a full shift
Basic math skills for billing and handling cash
Previous counter, retail, or restaurant experience is a plus, but not required
