Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate weekly procurement demands to ensure timely and cost-effective supply of ingredients and materials
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for customers and staff
- Ensure excellent hygiene standards are met, including food handling, storage, and disposal
- Foster positive customer relationships and resolve any complaints or issues promptly
- Lead and manage a team of staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
- Carry out tasks and duties as needed, including hands-on assistance during peak periods
- Monitor and control labor costs, inventory, and other expenses to meet budget targets
- Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and standards
- Collaborate with other departments (e. g. , marketing, finance) to drive business growth and success
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
*Requirements:*
- 3+ years of experience in restaurant/cafe management or a related field
- Proven track record of success in managing teams and operations
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and quality control procedures
- Familiarity with inventory management and cost control techniques
- Excellent customer service skills and a customer-centric approach
- Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
