We are a restaurant located in Bahria Town Lahore. We are looking for a candidate to join us as a RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR

REQUIREMENTS
-Minimum 4–5 years of relevant experience in the restaurant / food industry
-Strong practical knowledge of Pakistani cuisine, Tandoor & BBQ
-Good understanding of kitchen operations and food preparation
-Ability to manage and supervise karigars and kitchen staff
-Knowledge of food quality, portion control, wastage & hygiene
-Ability to understand and manage current as well as new and upcoming menu items
-Able to handle daily restaurant opening, closing and operations
-Ability to manage staff attendance, discipline and daily duties
-Good customer dealing and complaint-handling skills
-Must be responsible, punctual, hardworking and honest
-Should be mature, decent, reliable and hard working
